Here's the difference between a MOUNTAIN, and a molehill...

Here’s a simple lesson for everyone:

MOUNTAIN  — Google News search results for “clinton goldman speeches transcript” molehill — Google News search results for “sanders senate dscc fundraising”

I know some Clintonites here are absolutely giddy with this story of Sanders helping to raise deep-pocket money for Dem Senate races. What a flaming hypocrite!

Yes, David Brock and his minions inside Camp Clinton needed something, anything to distract attention away from “I’ll look into it.”

And CNN was only too happy to take the info on Sanders’ despicable attempts to help elect Democratic members to the Senate and run with it. Imagine the nerve of that guy trying to get more Democrats elected! (I’m not sure if it’s more despicable or less despicable that Sanders did this while not being an official member of the Democratic Party. The rat.)

Sadly for the Clinton camp, since CNN broke David Brock’s “oppo research” the story yesterday, no one else has picked it up. So while it seems to be big news among some of the Clinton faithful here at Daily Kos, the vast media conspiracy has, once again, chosen to screw the Clinton campaign by not picking up David Brock’s dirt the story.

Damn the complicit media! Karl Rove must have a hand in this conspiracy of silence about Sanders raising money for Dem Senate races!

The desperation of the Clinton camp is palpable. And if this story is the best Brock and company can do on Sanders, well, this campaign is going to go on for a very long time.

And here’s the real bad news for the Clinton faithful: This (one-off) story will do nothing to blunt the fervor of the “Release the transcripts” story. I know some of you think this is the distraction you need to right the good ship Clinton, but this just ain’t it.

Clinton profited personally from those speeches. In fact, she made more in a year-and-half of speech-giving than Sanders’ entire net worth.

So go ahead and enjoy the Sanders story today, Clinton faithful. Tomorrow, it will be fading into memory, while “Release the transcripts” will endure. For a long time to come.

Look at the Google search results.
