It’s also worth noting something else, which is Bernie’s Obama-like success at inspiring millions of people to become wholeheartedly engaged in the political process, from volunteering, organizing, donating and committing to participate in a campaign. 

As a unique example, I would say that it is quite unprecedented that before even one primary had taken place, and without even the candidate appearing at these events, People from all over the country took the initiative to organize rallies and marches in displays of massive support nationwide.
