I voted via early mail in ballot. Why? I mean after all, Bernie will get his ass beat in Super Tuesday states and apparently only 1/5th of the states in this country matter. Once they vote, the rest of us are meaningless in this process right? Because democracy is only allowed to take place in a select few states that happen to vote first in our convulouted, ridiculous system.
Or at least that's what the media and lots of people here keep saying. Guess what, you're wrong.
What if the LGBTQ, women, minorites, hell the Founding Fathers had just quit when the dominant narrative was, you won’t get anywhere, you’re useless, shut up and fall in line?
I remember the endless discussions about how Gore refused to push things to get all the votes counted, how he was robbed. Yet now we’re being told that after today our choice for a candidate means nothing.
4000 delegates, millions of people and the majority of the country remains, we all should count, every last one of us. So until EVERY SINGLE STATES VOTES as is our right, stop telling us to shut up, to get back into our corner or that we’re tilting at windmills. We have a right to speak our mind, don’t you dare take that away.
Vote damn it, who gives a shit what the media says.
