Donald Trump has been playing “Start Me Up” by the Rolling Stones at his rallies. Because nothing says Donald Trump for President like The Rolling Stones. Trump’s also used “You Can’t Always Get What You Want”, which he can now listen to ironically in his vehicle on his way between rallies.

In a statement Wednesday, the rock band said they have not given permission to the Trump campaign to use their songs and “have requested that they cease all use immediately.”

A Trump campaign spokeswoman didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.

The Rolling Stones have a long history of not liking Donald Trump. They join Adele and Neil Young and Steven Tyler and REM’s Michael Stipe is demanding that Donald Trump’s campaign stop sullying their music by playing it. Donald Trump is fond of saying that everybody loves him. All of the evidence seems to be a mountain of everybody not wanting to be remotely connected to him—I guess it’s that “tough love” people talk about having?
