We don't need no stinkin' revolution!

Hope? Change? Ha! Who needs 'em?

Who among us isn't perfectly satisfied with the status quo? Who doesn't love war, rampant thievery, getting screwed by your elected representatives, setting the earth on fire and then fiddling while it burns, etc, etc, etc?

Have you ever felt like the government doesn’t really care what you think?

Professors Martin Gilens (Princeton University) and Benjamin I. Page (Northwestern University) looked at more than 20 years worth of data to answer a simple question: Does the government represent the people?

Their study took data from nearly 2000 public opinion surveys and compared it to the policies that ended up becoming law. In other words, they compared what the public wanted to what the government actually did. What they found was extremely unsettling: The opinions of 90% of Americans have essentially no impact at all.

So to keep their little gravy train rolling along, they are attacking us with blind slanderous fury born of fear that they might lose their cushy little places at the top of the heap. They want us to lose hope because the establishment is afraid of us. And well they should be, for we're out to change their fucked up oligarchy.

Whatever, whatever, oligarchy.

While the hideously rich steal all the money, they conspire to deprive us of even the most minuscule benefit of being a human being and an American citizen.

Now that the campaign of the enormously popular and widely loved Bernie Sanders has come from 60 points behind to threaten the PTB, they are freaking out, and since they have no real argument against Bernie that any decent person could swallow, they lie and stoop to every dirty trick in their playbook.

The catalog of lies has been shameful, but of course, they know no shame.

All these bullshit attacks smack of fear and desperation

Some people will say or do anything to keep us from electing a good, kind and decent man to be our president. Every mean, hateful and slanderous lie gives testimony to how afraid they are that a decent human being might actually become president.

Some people have no limit to how low they will stoop to thwart the will of the people. Fuck those guys.

The people love Bernie because he’s not like all the establishment politicians who have been screwing us so viciously for so long. He represents a break from the politics of oppression and exploitation.

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) argued that his opponent, Hillary Clinton, was "jumping the gun" by saying she would be the Democratic presidential nominee.

Sanders was asked on ABC News' "This Week" how he planned to obtain the nomination. Clinton has a total of 2,293 pledged and superdelegates while Sanders has 1,533 pledged and superdelegates, the AP reported. For the nomination, 2,383 are needed.

Clinton has repeatedly said she expects to be the party's nominee. Sanders noted his wins in West Virginia, Indiana, and Oregon.

"So I think Secretary Clinton is jumping the gun a little bit here," he said.

Sanders went on to say his campaign has to do "very well" in the remaining nine contests and that it was an "uphill climb."

"But I think we have a shot to do that. We're going to fight as hard as we can for every delegate and every vote," Sanders said.

Damn straight, Bernie. We still have a shot.

And that's all we need.

I believe that by the convention, it will be obvious to all that only Bernie can beat Trump. Then what are they going to do?

If they're sane, which is not a given, they'll nominate Bernie.

Of course the system may be too fucked up to function, even in the face of a president Trump. We'll see.

Just remember kids, a vote for Hillary is a vote for Trump.

In ‘fear for her life,’ Barbara Boxer blew kisses and shot the bird to the Bernie supporters who had just been screwed over, yet again, by unethical tactics by those who would preserve our fucked up system at any cost.

All the millionaires in Congress are making out like bandits as they ignore or subvert the will of the people to line their own pockets.

But even a shitload of ‘progressives’ are cool with that.

It’s time for some real leadership in this country by someone who cares.

How many people are happy to ignore sage advice even as the world falls apart around them?

How foolish are we not to have learned our lessons about war and the horrible people who perpetuate them?

When will we ever learn?

The people love Bernie.

Bernie is the one politician who will actually fight for us.

Look at this list of desperately needed change and explain how any decent human being could work against them in good conscience:

Anyone who cannot see how desperate is our need to change must be blind.

The Military Industrial Complex is shameful and will be the death of us if we don’t change it.

We shouldn’t have to be ashamed to be Americans.

I would like to think that most of us are good people, but that remains to be seen.

Don’t lose heart, fellow Berners. That’s what they want. We can still win and the whole wide world is counting on it.
