As you know I’ve been in the hospital the last week first with pneumonia, and then with weakness and pain on the whole left side of my body. Since I cannot stand more than 5 seconds without collapsing, nor walk more than 5 steps without getting worn out they opted to move me to rehab. I *finally* was OK’d for rehab today and was transported to rehab today via ambulance. As such I wrote my lawyer tp let him know the update and to let him know that I have had and would not have, access to snail mail for at least the next three weeks.
This is the response I got back from him:
We received a copy of the decision, which was fully favorable. This is what we expected. It will probably take another 30 to 60 days for the administration to figure out how much they owe you as well as how much your future benefits will be.
So now I just have to survive the rigours of the day of rehab, and figure out how to pay bills for the next up to 60 days..;. but gosh darn it I finally got good news and you people were the first I wanted to share it with!
