Minutes ago on MSNBC, a field reporter told Chris Matthews that the long lines at Puerto Rico’s voting locations is a result of the number being slashed from just over 1500 polling places to only 455.
Online Sanders’ supporters are protesting this is yet another “rigged” election with a dash of “fraud” thrown in.
Problem is — it was Sanders who demanded the number of polling places be reduced to a mere 455 because his campaign did not have enough volunteers/workers to send to 1500+ polling places.
Right now only the Hill picked up the story (link below) however I’m sure others will pick up on it.
But the local party told MSNBC that the Sanders campaign had requested fewer stations. thehill.com/...
