I’m still working my way through responding to truly amazing Kossacks for their generosity, loving and encouraging thoughts. I didn’t want to just write a thank you general diary which I do believe is a perfect vehicle for many thanks. I need to respond individually for myself so I want to reach out to everyone I can via email and snail mail (thank you forever stamps). Some may get doubles because I lost my place on paypal. This is sort of general diary (can’t get into DK5 “story”) but for a reason.
Also, thanks to all who bought my book. What a spike!!! If it is too much gruesomeness for you, donate it to your library. Then the nightmares are not your fault.
Today, someone who had already donated via snail mail sent another snail mail. I thought perhaps (s)he forgot the previous gift so was ready to return with thanks. I opened the envelope as I was reading the great floridageorge liveblog of the Obama/Hillary lovefest and inside the envelope was a Hillary Woman Card. I’m still weepy — what an amazing thoughtful gift beyond another and during the greatest ever what do we call it???? Greatest ever NC and universal to Jupiter endorsement.
Thanks to all who helped bring me back from a black hole. Thanks to the amazing psychiatrist who listened to me and learned more than anyone who knows me within 31 minutes. Thanks to so many here with whom I’ve said cruel things and yet you still thought to help a cruel person. I think twice now (except for trolls or trollish comments).
Please be patient with me while I work my way through my thank you notes. Kosmail me if I missed you — that isn’t self-involved, it is the right thing to do since you should be thanked and I would be horrified to have missed you.
And thanks to the dear heart who gave me a very precious Woman Card — I wish I could crazy glue it to my forehead — but then I’d really be permanently bonkers.
Love to all who posted encouragement. We have an election to win — don’t forget your neighbors and friends and family. Our lives literally depend on not just Hillary as President but getting the Senate and some of our local governments back. Find every single Latino, Asian, African American, Native American, etc. in your community and talk to them. Talk to the working White folks barely making it. They need to know facts. Like here — many Latinos are naturalized but not registered. They watch Telemundo and/or Univision — they know what is at stake. Plan a go to the polls party. Just GOTV.
