#DQV Latinos Votamos Review: Latino Poll by Latino Decisions in Battleground States

Last Friday Latino Decisions released it’s second batch of polling of Latinos in battleground states.

These were done before the Wednesday Trump “speech/rally” , so expect peores números than these today. 

We see  very enthusiastic Latino electorate with

83% Absolutly Certain they will vote 9% probably  5% 50-50 

we we can still get those 2 lower groups, and should be our objective while not disengaging the 83%  

'there are many findings to be happy but one finding me tiene furioso 

Presidential level voting and favorabilities  

Hillary Clinton gets 70% of Latino voters v 19% Trump ; of the Clinton vote :

65% English interview  68% US born 53% prior GOP voters 52% Cuban '

if if you see immigration as the top issue… When asked how connected or ties to the undocumented community '

59% had ties

So, cuán importante Es 2016? 

For our Latino community voting in 2016 is very important compared to 2012:

76 % very  19 % same 4% 2012cmore important 

now…. There is a tad of enthusiasm disconnect, and I think it's tied to the reasons Latinos are more eager to vote . Only 51% are more enthusiastic than 2012 and 18% are the same.  Why? 

This….. It's an anti Trump vote more than a Hillary vote… As a partisan…. I don't mind... As a Latino it worries me for the future 

We are an engaged community and we are talking to our peers 

But this me tie be furioso…. How in the world is this possible… Are we just go8ng to bet on Trump fear? This is why we get pulverized in midterms
