Gary Johnson has had a large number of gaffes recently that people (like Stephen Colbert) have been gloating over. His ignorance about who civil rights hero Harriet Tubman is, his ignorance about the massive humanitarian crisis in Aleppo (at that time, there had just been a chlorine gas attack in the city and it was major news), his inability to name a major world leader he respects (he still can’t!? I recommend Nobel laureate Aung San Suu Kyi)...
I say it’s time to stop making fun of Gary Johnson. It’s time to get down and talk about the real reasons why a President Gary Johnson would be an unqualified disaster for the country...and the world.

He opposes any government intervention into healthcare access. Gary Johnson vetoed parity for mental health treatment as governor Gary Johnson opposes mandatory vaccinations to address public health threats Education Gary Johnson wants to abolish the Department of Education Gary Johnson opposes national standards for education Gary Johnson supports private school vouchers for k-12 education Gary Johnson opposes government subsidized student loans Money in Politics Gary Johnson supports the Citizens United ruling and opposes any legislation restricting donations to campaigns Gary Johnson opposes public funding for campaigns for federal offices.Which doesn’t include any of the good things that won’t ever happen under Gary Johnson that Clinton is promising, like affordable childcare and fighting for equal rights for the disabled.
So please, don’t diminish yourselves by making fun of the candidate. Make fun of his terrible, terrible vision for America.
