Don Lemon had a panel of Republicans on his show to discuss the upcoming Town Hall presidential debate between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. In this clip below you can watch Michael Caputo, a former Trump campaign adviser and the drinker of some very racist kool-aid, attempt to explain how everything we know about Trump is wrong. On the other side of the clip is Trump critic and Republican Ana Navarro. You may remember Caputo for being the guy who was still trying to dig up Hillary Clinton/Whitewater in the hopes of helping the Donald. He works on revising the history of Trump, to which Navarro responds:
For you to go on TV and say that everything everybody has seen for the last 16 months is “not true” makes you seem insane.
To be a Trump supporter is to view the world in a warped fashion that makes you not believe your eyes or ears or that damn brain that keeps bugging you to think stuff. Caputo tries to spin the Trump campaign’s opening volley of calling Mexicans rapists and drug addicts. Caputo tries to argue that the judge Donald Trump attacked for being of Hispanic descent shouldn’t have been the judge and so, Trump saying something racist somehow doesn’t apply. A man whose head probably smells like bacon when he’s in the sun then stepped over the line and said that Ana Navarro calling Donald Trump a racist was “outrageous.” If Navarro could have stepped through the satellite feed and throttled Caputo at that moment she would have. Instead, she gave him the verbal equivalent.
Well let me do it again and let me do it in two languages, es un racista, he is a flat out racist, and it is what he’s played on for 16 months. He is a bigot. He is a racist. He is a misogynist. He has said horrible things about women, he has said horrible things about immigrants, he has said horrible things about Hispanics. He has yet to say one good thing about immigrants; and for you to shake your head and say I’m the outrageous one, outrages me.
