The US Department of Interior(@Interior on Twitter) posted a magnificent display of lightning on their Twitter page Wednesday morning. The image seemed to depict a prehistoric figure. And the backdrop, oh my, has a haunting and thunderous black sky bordered at the bottom with a stunning Arizona landscape making a breathtaking display of Mother Nature. The tweet reads:
Have you ever seen lightning make such while shapes? Looks like T-rex chomping @PetrifiedNPS #Arizona #weather 10:27AM — 17 Aug 2016

— US Dept of Interior (@Interior) August 17, 2016To answer the tweet, I’ve never seen anything like it and if I had, I might have been prone to running back into the house and getting under the bed before the crack of thunder sounded seconds later.
Darth (@darth on twitter) decided to have some fun and took the liberty of “tweaking” the the photo and creating his own humorous derivative work below. I believe that’s Godzilla taking down T-Rex?

— darth™ (@darth) August 17, 2016I like the first one. Okay, I like the second one too. Makes me want to find an app and play with the photo to see what other images could be created … or not.
